I am a 2022 graduate of the M.A. Yoga Studies program at Loyola Marymount University, a first-of-its-kind graduate program focusing on the historical, linguistic, theological, therapeutic, and modern-day movements of Yoga. Prior to the program, I traveled around the world—to Costa Rica, Bali, Guatemala, India, and beyond—for teacher training but ultimately healing and growth.
