Breathe in, let it all out—on paper. Connect to yourself with this simple, sacred act of self-care. Make a weekly date with yourself, and receive community support and accountability. 

  • THEORY: The first session of the month will be a 2-hour deep dive, featuring a guided meditation, dharma talk, writing tips and prompts, followed by dedicated writing time and community sharing + reflection.
  • PRACTICUM: The remaining weekly sessions will be shorter (1 to 1.5 hours): we’ll start with a few moments of silence to anchor in, go straight into dedicated writing time, and conclude with space to share. 

A note about sharing, which can include reading your writings, feedback, questions, and reflection: witnessing others and allowing yourself to be witnessed is so powerful. Whether you choose to share or not, know that you are always welcome just as you are in this creativity co-working container.

This practice is great for all levels, from casual or curious journalers to experienced writers. While prompts will be provided, you’re always free to come with specific projects you’re working (or playing!) on.


Thru the summer, Tuesday sessions will start an hour earlier, at 6pm PT / 9pm ET. Starting in September, the weekly writing group will move to Thursdays.
